4. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing

According to Section 8 of the Finnish Personal Data Act and Chapter 2 of the EU GDPR.

The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate about Futurelab Customer Training Academy services and new content.

User credentials expire when no longer needed. Personal data is handled confidentially. The premises are access controlled.

10. Right to Access and Rectify Data

Registered individuals have the right to access their data and request corrections. Requests can be made in person or in writing to the contact info in section 2. Access requests are processed within one week.

Data can be corrected or supplemented at the data subject's request or by the controller.
