General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Agreement

General Information

The Asiakaskokemuksenakatemia portal is a video and live-stream platform maintained and managed by Futurelab Experience Oy and Icareus Oy, available at https://futurelab.icareus.com..

The service and all videos, live-streams, images, texts, and logos therein are the property of Futurelab Experience Oy. They may not be saved, shared, distributed, or displayed privately and/or publicly without specific permission from the aforementioned parties.

Icareus Oy acts as the payment recipient and handler for the service.

Terms of Delivery and Viewing

Videos and live-streams can be viewed on the Asiakaskokemuksenakatemia using various devices. Viewing and payment occur through the website.

Ordering and Confirmation

Customers register to the system and create a personal profile (email and password). Products are selected and added to the cart, and the order is completed by paying at checkout. By ordering, the customer accepts these terms, prices, and delivery fees. If an email is provided, a confirmation will be sent.

If confirmation is not received, the order likely failed, or the email was incorrect. Contact customer service immediately in such cases.

Agreement Formation

An agreement is formed when a customer logs in and pays for a selected package. The agreement is between the webshop and the customer.

Payment

Payments are processed by Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), registered with the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Payment is made through the Visma Pay interface. Payments are secure and encrypted.

Payment Methods

Visma Pay supports bank transfers, wallets, cards (credit/debit), invoices, and installments. Supported banks and methods include Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, MobilePay, Pivo, Visa, MasterCard, Jousto, Fellow Invoice, etc.

Payment by Invoice

If needed, payment can be made via advance invoice, sent by email. A billing fee of €5.00 per invoice applies. The supplier may check the customer's credit history before accepting invoice payments.

Discount Codes and Vouchers

Vouchers can be used for standard product purchases. Campaign codes apply to selected products only and cannot be combined with other agreed discounts.

Prices

Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron.

All prices include VAT. Products are sold at the price shown at the time of purchase. Obvious pricing errors due to technical or human error may void the sale.

Usage Period

Access to purchased packages begins once payment is confirmed. Live events are only available during scheduled times. Voucher use periods are agreed upon during the purchase.

Invoicing for Large Orders

Invoices for large orders are sent by email with a 14 day payment term. Late payments are subject to collection.

Cancellations and Termination

Consumer customers can cancel before service use by email to info@futurelab.fi. Single-day or custom services have no return rights. Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled through the user profile.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed by Icareus Oy via the payment system provider within 72 business hours.

Complaints

Report service issues immediately to customer support. We aim to fix issues promptly.

Restrictions

We do not sell to customers with unpaid invoices or repeated cancellations/misuse.

Liability

Futurelab Experience Oy and Icareus Oy are not responsible for issues beyond their control, such as internet disruptions or incompatible devices. Terms, prices, and schedules may change without notice.

Governing Law

Finnish law applies. Disputes will first be resolved via negotiation, or in the Helsinki District Court if necessary.

Force Majeure

Neither Futurelab Experience Oy nor Icareus Oy is liable for service disruption due to force majeure, including natural disasters, war, epidemic, legal restrictions, strikes, etc.

Customer Registry and Privacy

Use of the service requires registration. Email and chosen code are stored. Customer data is confidential and shared only with payment service providers if necessary. Identification numbers may be collected for invoicing and legal compliance. Cookies are used for session data, not personal info.
