PURCHASING ACCESS TO A TRAINING SESSION AT ASIAKASKOKEMUKSENAKATEMIA.FI

This document describes how to purchase a participation fee for a training session at asiakaskokemuksenakatemia.fi directly from the website. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@futurelab.fi.

You can pay for the training directly on the asiakaskokemuksenakatemia.fi website. The platform offers multiple payment methods provided by the Visma Pay payment service. If there are multiple participants or your employer does not allow payment through Visma Pay, Futurelab Experience Oy can also issue an invoice. In that case, please contact info@futurelab.fi.

Below are the steps for registering and making the payment. The complete process includes the following steps:

1. Buy a Ticket to the Event

To create an account and purchase training access, first click on "Buy ticket to the event" (see image below). Note! If you have received a voucher for registration, do not enter it in the "Enter access code" field. You will use the voucher in Step 4.

2. Sign In

Next, you'll need to create your login credentials. You can do this on the following screen:

We recommend saving your credentials for future use. If you encounter any issues with login or your account, please contact info@futurelab.fi.

3. Select the Product

After signing in, select the product you wish to purchase. If you want to buy access for multiple participants, remember to change the quantity accordingly. Choose the quantity and click "Order".

4. Payment

There are two payment options. You can pay through the Visma Pay payment service:

If you select Visma Pay, you'll see a payment screen offering a variety of options to choose from.

If you're unable to use Visma Pay (e.g., you don't have a company card), you can also request an invoice. In this case, please email info@futurelab.fi with the name of the training you want to attend and include your invoicing details.If you've received a voucher code from Futurelab, select "Pay with voucher." A field will appear where you can enter the code you received from Futurelab (see image below).

Once your registration is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with payment details, including VAT breakdown. Be sure to check your spam folder if the confirmation doesn't arrive in your main inbox. The confirmation will come from info@icareus.com.

Futurelab Experience Oy will send a participation link to all registered attendees 1–2 days before the training session as a reminder. You'll use this link to access the training. Please note that different platforms may be used for the training. Some sessions may be held via Teams, while others use Icareus.
