Michael Brandt is an internationally recognized customer experience expert known for his insightful strategies, engaging keynote presentations, and extensive practical experience in transforming organizations toward customer-centricity. Together with Futurelab Experience's Kari Korkiakoski he will host three hours online training about how to implement customer centricity into practice. This three hours online training will be held on February 26th between 9am-noon. Price: 395 € (without VAT).
Payment and Cancellation
Once a place for the event has been purchased, participation is binding. If a participant is unable to attend the event, the place can be transferred to a colleague. Cancellation terms also apply in case of illness. For changes regarding the order, please contact info@futurelab.fi.
You can purchase your place using available online payment methods or by providing invoicing details to info@futurelab.fi. An invoicing fee of €5 + VAT per invoice applies.
